In order to solve the problems of government

On accepting students and with attention to the point that one of the greatest problems of society and government is the lack of managers, MUST was established in 1992 as the first non –governmental university under the accreditation of Science, Researche and Technology ministry in Babol.

The university started and is still continuing its activities in different degree and different fields of science on industrial engineering, MBA, computer engineering and etc.

University goals:

·        Improvement in the quality of high-education

·        Answering to the initial Islamic needs of people.

·        Answering the great enthusiasm of youth for high-education.

·        Preparing the environment for theorical and practical research

Future goals:

·        Improvement in cooperating with foreign universities.

·        Making use of having foreign teacher in must

·        Exchanging student and teacher in different degrees with foreign universities.

·        Teaching the master and PHD courses in English its important to note that must is now cooperating with one of the best university of India ,it in holding MBA and PHD of industrial engineering.
